The Enterprise was, writes Mark Gorton "a massive 5000 person large hierarchical criminal organization with George H. W. Bush as its CEO."[1] This is distinct from the cabal, which he uses to describe the group that killed JFK and as a result fused into the US deep state.

The title of this group comes from the lips of Oliver North. Danny Casolaro dubbed the group "The Octopus".[2]
