Secrets of the CIA is a documentary with a critical view on the methods the CIA employs in other countries.[1] Among others, it details the account of Mary Embree, who joined the CIA in the 1960s. She was part of a project known as MKNaomi and had to stockpile "severely incapacitating and lethal materials for the specific use of the Technical Services Division". In that capacity she came across saxitoxin, which was to be used in the heart attack gun.[2][3]
