Justin Cooper is a former aide to Bill Clinton.[1]
He is the only person who was involved with Hillary Clinton's private Email server who testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee [2] (Paul Combetta and Bill Thornton plead the fifth, Bryan Pagliano did not show).
Cooper allegedly did destroy devices that were used by Hillary (or her staff) during her tenure as Secretary of State.[3] He did not have a security clearance.[4]
