Jeffrey B. Gaynor became director of foreign policy studies at the Heritage Foundation in 1974. He attended Le Cercle regularly.[1]

Mr. Gaynor graduated from the Boston University School of Management in 1979, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.[2]
Career
He was working for the Heritage Foundation in 1977.[3] He was director of foreign policy studies in 1978.[4] In 1985 he was Counsellor for International Affairs.
He was a member of the Committee on the Present Danger.[5]
In 2012, he was Chairman of Americans for Sovereignty.[5]
