The Advisory Council of the International Institute for Strategic Studies. "The Advisory Council’s role is to advise the Trustees and the Director-General and Chief Executive on the intellectual direction of the Institute." The board is from October 2020,November 2021, plus some older members. It is mostly people in the military-industrial-academic complex, plus some very rich people.

Tom Enders	Deep state actor and military-industrial complex executive.Chairman of the Atlantik-Brücke; Advisory Board of the Atlantic Council, the International Institute for Strategic Studies and the Munich Security Conference...Attended every Bilderberg meeting between 2009 and 2018, and was a member of the Bilderberg Steering Committee. Proponent of spending a lot more money on weapons and German access to nuclear weapons.
