Description

José Manuel Barroso

WEF GLT 1993 Portuguese deep state actor whose political career seems to have received a significant help from the CIA. Starting as a Maoist activist at the time when the CIA's Frank Carlucci was ambassador, he - unusually if he was a genuine red activist - received scholarships to Geneva and Georgetown University. Made Prime Minister and participant in the 2003 invasion of Iraq, before he was placed as President of the European Commission (2004-2014), member of Bilderberg Steering committee, and in 2021 CEO of the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI). He also received a well paid job as non-executive Chairman of Goldman Sachs International. Member of the Trilateral Commission.
