Dieudonné M'bala M'bala, known as Dieudonné, is a French comedian, actor, and political activist.

Dieudonné M'bala M'bala invented a gesture called the "Quenelle", which has been styled an antisemitic reverse nazi salute, but which he says instead is anti-authoritarian.
Arrest for "Defending Terrorism"
Dieudonné posted to his Facebook page: "Je me sens Charlie Coulibaly" ("I feel like Charlie Coulibaly", mixing the "Je suis Charlie" hashtag with the name of terrorist Amedy Coulibaly. He was arrested for "defending "terrorism"".[1][2]
In the sights of Epstein and Rothschild
Paul Cudenec pointed out how "In 2013 when Ariane de Rothschild was irritated by the popularity of French comedian Dieudonné – and his critique of the bankster clique to which she belongs – she asked Epstein to do something about it. A few weeks later the French authorities started banning Dieudonné's shows and trying to silence him – a totalitarian assault on free speech that continues to this day"[3].
In January 2014, just weeks after her email, French interior minister Manuel Valls declared he would assist local mayors in cancelling Dieudonné's shows[4], saying they "posed a risk to public safety."[5]
