Kirk came away fretting about Israeli "blackmail," sources say, as he contemplated a Catholic conversion. When his hosts presented him with a detailed list of every offense he supposedly committed against Israel, Kirk was “horrified,” said one person. At one point, according to another source, Ackman angrily chastised Kirk for his disobedience."[1]
