Education

Career
During his third year at university, he founded Integer, initially a website design business, with capital of 20,000 złoty ($5,000 as of 1999). After several money-losing months, the company switched to distributing leaflets and became successful.[1][2] In 2006, he founded InPost and created a network of self-serviced postal boxes known as Paczkomaty.[2]
The company is also active in the United Kingdom (more than 8,000 packing stations, as of 2023), Italy, France, Canada, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.[3]
At the beginning of 2026, the majority of the company was acquired by a consortium led by FedEx; Broszka, who remains at the top, now holds 16% of the shares.[4]
In 2012, he appeared on a list of the richest Poles,[5] and in 2015 was ranked the 68th on Forbes' "List of the 100 richest Poles 2015."[6]
In 2025, he led a presidential committee planning for deregulation of the Polish economy[7], envisaging a similar process for the EU.[8] He then attended the 2025 Bilderberg meeting.
He was rumored to be entering politics in 2026.[9]
Marriage
In 2019, Brzoska married the Polish journalist and television personality Omenaa Mensah, who ran the erotic interactive TV program Red Light.[10] They have one son, Vincent, who was born in 2017. Brzoska has two daughters from a previous relationship.[11][12]
